Apple’s 2026 Back to School sale includes significant discounts on Macs and iPads, plus free accessories for eligible buyers in India.
Apple has initiated its annual ‘Back to School’ sale in India, offering discounts and free accessories for students, parents, and educators. The promotion began on 16 July 2026 and will remain active until 27 August 2026. Eligible buyers can benefit from discounts of 7 to 10 per cent on Apple Mac computers and iPads, alongside enticing accessory offers.
Participants must possess a valid school or college identification to qualify for the discounts, which range from ₹6,000 to ₹14,000. Alongside these price reductions, customers purchasing certain models can select from a range of complimentary accessories, including AirPods, Apple Pencils, and AirTags.
For example, customers acquiring a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro can receive an AirTag 4 Pack or AirPods 4 at no added cost. Alternatively, AirPods 4, equipped with Active Noise Cancellation, can be purchased for ₹5,000 (compared to a standard price of ₹17,900). AirPods Pro 3 are available for a reduced price of ₹13,000 instead of ₹25,900.
Similarly, individuals buying an iPad Air or iPad Pro may obtain an Apple Pencil Pro at no extra charge or select from other accessories at additional costs. The AirTag 4 Pack and AirPods 4 can be acquired for ₹2,000, with the Active Noise Cancellation version of AirPods 4 costing ₹7,000, while the price for AirPods Pro 3 is set at ₹15,000.
The Back to School offer aims to help eligible students and educators mitigate the recent price hikes on various MacBook and iPad models, introduced earlier this year. For instance, the regular price for the 13-inch MacBook Air with M5 chip is ₹1,49,900, while the price for eligible buyers is reduced to ₹1,37,900. The 14-inch MacBook Pro M5 starts at ₹2,39,900, with the educational price lowering this to ₹2,27,900.
In addition to these savings, the iPad Air’s typical 11-inch M4 (128GB) price of ₹89,900 is discounted to ₹83,900 for education buyers, and the 11-inch iPad Pro M5 (256GB) can be purchased for ₹1,27,900, down from ₹1,39,900.
For added convenience, customers can access free engraving services on selected accessories, whether purchased through the Apple Store online or via the Apple Store app. It is worth noting that the promotion excludes certain devices like the MacBook Neo, standard iPad, and Apple’s desktop Mac offerings, although education pricing remains available for those products.
